Apply image and start smudging again. This time with a 9px round brush instead.
Apply image and smudge with a 9px round brush again.
Now make a new layer and apply image. (if you don’t know how I explained it earlier). Then resize this layer (without holding shift) so it looks like a rectangle. Flip it around and put it anywhere in your document. Erase the parts you don’t like.
Then take a 1px soft round brush and start making small dots in some places. Do this also with a 3px soft round brush. Set the blending options to outerglow.
