Then make a new layer and go to image - apply image. And then select the smudge tool. Take out a splatter brush (20 - 50px) this is the settings I used. (well.. I don’t know but I’m sure I used some similar.
Smudge some parts of the sig that has some colours. Set the layer to lighten.
