Then make a random line with the pen tool somewhere.



Then make a new layer and take out a round brush (not soft). Hit f5 and choose this setting.




Before you brush. Make a new layer and go to image - apply image then on the layer under the appalled image brush and a good place then choose the applied image layer and go to layer - create clipping mask move it around until it looks good and then erase parts if there is any needed.
